Each year, Ellington Congregational Church Board of Missions asks members of the congregation to purchase $25 dollar gift cards from Big Y, Aldi's or Stop & Shop. We then give them to our local food banks - Ellington Food Bank, Crystal Lake Community Food Pantry, the HVCC Food Pantry and The Cornerstone Cupboard. They use them to help those in need at Christmas time to purchase food for their families.
Can we count on your continued support for this most needed gift?
We ask you to put the gift card with the activation receipt in the enclosed envelope and mail them to the church office by December 29 or drop-off any Sunday in the offertory basket while attending worship.
