The Memorial Committee oversees the administration of Memorial Gifts. Its duties include:
- Maintenance of the Memorial Labyrinth Garden
- Ordering of Memorial Rocks
- Keeping records of gifts and memorials to the church
- Considering suggestions for appropriate memorials
- Consulting with families about memorials
- Recommending to Trustees appropriate use of Memorial funds
- Carrying out projects authorized by the Board
- Sending acknowledgment of receipt of Memorial funds to families and contributors
- Keeping Book of Remembrance up-to-date
The Memorial Committee meets monthly. There are 5 members in this committee each serving a term of 5 years.
